How much is your service Fee ?Our Service fee is $119.95 which includes a trip and diagnostics (non refundable fee) our service fee doesn't increase no matter how long the technician is there for service there is no hourly rate for diagnostics fee. The diagnostics fee is a one time fee if the technician has to come back to install a part you will not be charged again.

Does your service fee also includes labor ?No labor is not included in the diagnostic fee, an labor fee is only charged when a part is or will need to be installed. we have an hourly labor fee charged like most service providers our labor fee rate is dependent on how long it takes the technician to finish the job. Our labor fee rates 1 hour job rate $100 2-3 hours job rate $200 3-4 hours job rate $300 Please note: most appliance repair jobs take less 1 hour only big jobs usually takes more than 2 hours to do or complete.

What qualifications does our technicians have?All of our technicians must have at least 5 years experience or more. All of our technicians are licensed & certified to provide service. All of our technicians follow safety guidelines & protocols. All of our technicians have electrical & plumbing experience when related to appliances. Did your technicians pass a background screening ?Yes , all of our technicians must pass a background check in order to work for J & A the safety of our staff & our customers we take very seriously.

Does your technicians carry stocked parts ?Yes , all of our technicians carry manufacture certified parts , please be advised all makes and models of appliances are different so our technicians may not have every part available for every unit which may result in a part order in the event that the technician doesn't have the parts needed for repairs on the day of service.

What warranty you offer for your service ?We offer a 90 day warranty or revisit if any of our technicians were able to fix any unit without having to install any parts at the time of service/diagnostic.

What warranty you offer on parts ?Yes we do offer a 3 month/90 day warranty on parts and labor for whatever parts we replaced at the time of service. our warranty is only valid for parts we replaced if for any reason its a part that we didn't order than we can't honor or provide any warranty for any parts that wasn't purchased or installed by our technicians. If you would like more coverage you can now purchase an extended warranty directly from us now at our warranty division page.

What are your wait time on parts?Our wait time on parts are usually 1-2 business days for most parts some parts that are not available/out of stock can take up to 3-5 business days to restock and backorder parts can take up to 14- 31 business days sometimes months if manufactory has to remake a specific part which we notify all customers on regardless of status of parts. Please Note: we only order parts from manufactory or certified vendors so any delay on parts if ever occurred J & A is not responsible for and can't be held accountable for.

Do you offer extended warranty ?Unfortunately we currently are not offering no extended warranty at the moment but is something that our company is working on as we grow and expand. But once we do we will notify our customers that are subscribe on our text and mailing opt in list whenever its available
